Digital X-rays

Dr. Catherine Oden Fulton's office uses digital technology, rather than traditional X-rays, to get a detailed picture of your teeth and their underlying structures. Digital radiography eliminates the need for the toxic chemicals that are used in the traditional X-ray development process. A digital X-ray can be printed on regular copy paper, rather than the lead-lined paper of the past. Since digital X-ray images are stored on a computer, Dr. Fulton’s office uses less paper. All of the advantages of digital technology help to reduce the impact of her practice on the environment.
